Marshawn Lynch has the solution: He gives Jayden Daniels some sexual advice to prevent another elbow injury
Beast Mode’s bizarre advice for Jayden Daniels comes with an unexpected football theory

Marshawn Lynch has never been known for holding back, and his latest advice for Jayden Daniels might be among the most unconventional pieces of football guidance he’s ever offered.
The former NFL running back recently discussed Daniels ’ latest elbow injury on Da Get Got Pod, delivering his message in typically blunt fashion.
Lynch suggested that the Washington Commanders quarterback should spend more time training his non-dominant side, using an explicit sexual reference to make his point about becoming more ambidextrous.
“That little n**** need to start going to jack off,” the former running back said. “You gotta be ambidextrous when it come to beating that motherf***er.
“He need to go beat that. He need to get his shit right. You feel me? And I f**k with that little n**** too. Hey, man. You feel me? Look, I’mma tell you. Had that… Look, n**** I ain’t had these forearms. You feel me though? Why you think a n**** stiff arm was so cold? N***** I was ambidextrous with this s**t.
Daniels , unfortunately, has a much more serious reason to be discussing his elbow. The Commanders quarterback suffered a dislocation during Washington’s Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
The injury occurred when his left arm buckled beneath him, leaving him unable to continue. The setback was especially concerning because Daniels had previously dislocated the same elbow during the 2025 season.
The initial concern surrounding the injury was significant, with Washington waiting on additional medical opinions before determining the quarterback’s recovery plan. However, the team ultimately received more encouraging news.
Lynch’s bizarre theory meets a genuine injury concern
Daniels isn’t expected to undergo surgery and won’t initially be placed on injured reserve, giving Washington hope that he can return during the season.
The quarterback has nevertheless been ruled out for the Commanders’ Week 3 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks, meaning veteran Marcus Mariota is expected to take over under center.
The situation is a major concern for Washington because Daniels had emerged as one of the offense’s most important players. Through the opening six quarters of the season, he had completed nearly 57% of his passes for 260 yards while adding 100 rushing yards and three passing touchdowns.
There’s no established medical evidence that Lynch’s suggested sexual exercise would prevent elbow dislocations, so his comments shouldn’t be interpreted as legitimate injury-prevention treatment.
Daniels will now have to focus on rehabilitation and getting his elbow healthy before returning to the field. Washington can afford to be patient, particularly given that this is the second dislocation involving the same arm.
As for Lynch , he’s once again managed to turn a serious football discussion into an unforgettable story.
