The 2026 US Open will bring another packed fortnight of Grand Slam tennis to New York , with the main draw running from Sunday, August 30 through Sunday, September 13 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
First round matches begin on August 30 and continue through September 1, with day sessions starting at 11 a.m. ET and night sessions generally beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
The second round follows on September 2 and 3, before the third-round matches take place on September 4 and 5. The round of 16 is scheduled across September 6 and 7.
Quarterfinals then begin on September 8 as the tournament moves toward its championship weekend.
When are the 2026 US Open finals?
The women's semifinals are scheduled for Thursday, September 10, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
The men's semifinals take place the following day, with the first scheduled for 3 p.m. ET and the second beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
The women's singles final will be played on Saturday, September 12 at 4 p.m. ET, before the men's championship match brings the tournament to a close on Sunday, September 13 at 2 p.m. ET.

Where can you watch the 2026 US Open?
ESPN remains the exclusive US broadcaster for the US Open under its long-term agreement with the USTA.
Television coverage will be spread across ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC, while ESPN's digital platforms will provide extensive streaming throughout the tournament.
Beginning in 2026, ESPN's expanded agreement also brings additional US Open streaming coverage, with every match and court available through the ESPN App for eligible subscribers.
ESPN Deportes provides Spanish language coverage in the United States, while TSN and RDS continue carrying the tournament in Canada.
The 2026 tournament begins with three days of first round singles matches before progressing toward championship weekend.
