Sky Daily , the widow of WWE legend Hulk Hogan , is facing a negligence lawsuit alleging she supplied alcohol to underage guests at a party held at her Florida home, where a teenage girl claims she was sexually assaulted.

The complaint also accuses Daily of removing potential evidence from the property and the 48-year-old is accused of providing alcohol for a gathering hosted by her son, Hayden Hitt , on March 28.

According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Daily allegedly knew minors would attend but left them unsupervised whilst she went to a Real American Wrestling event.

The lawsuit claims Daily had previously been told not to bring minors to the wrestling venue after allegedly supplying them with alcohol there as at the house party, a girl identified as Jane B. Doe alleges she was given a can of Four Loko by another teenager, identified as John B. Doe .

She is then said to have lost consciousness and was raped, stating the alleged assault continued for several hours in a bedroom, with Hitt accused of guarding the door as she suffered serious vaginal and anal injuries and later experienced emotional distress and PTSD.

The girl alleges she managed to take a semen-filled condom from the room as potential evidence however, the lawsuit claims Daily removed two other condoms and bloodstained bedsheets from the property after the alleged incident.

The plaintiff subsequently contacted police and underwent a sexual assault examination as the complaint also alleges that Hitt promoted the party in a group chat, identifying Jane B. Doe as someone who would attend and using an explicit description of her.

The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial but these allegations have not been established in court, and Daily had not immediately responded to the Daily Mail's request for comment.

Hogan died in July 2025 at the age of 71 after a storied career saw him become one of professional wrestling's most recognizable figures through his work in WWE and WCW , winning six championships.

Considered one of the best wrestlers of all-time, he headlined major events during wrestling's 1980s boom and went on to star in movies such as Rocky III and No Holds Barred as well as appearing on TV.

Daily and Hogan married on September 22, 2023, after becoming engaged earlier that year.

Hogan died at his Clearwater home on July 24, 2025, with an official cause of death of acute myocardial infarction.

Second lawsuit makes further allegations against Hogan's widow

The case is separate from another lawsuit involving Daily , which accuses her of intentional infliction of emotional distress and alleges she attempted to groom her son's girlfriend into joining the Church of Scientology .

The second plaintiff claims she met Hitt through social media in 2025 and eventually moved into Daily 's Clearwater home because of difficulties within her own family.

She alleges Daily , described in the complaint as a high-ranking Scientology member, wanted her to attend Applied Scholastic Online Academy , a home-schooling program associated with the organization.

She is also accused of providing the teenager with alcohol, including taking her to local bars and instructing her to carry a Stanley Cup containing alcohol as the complaint further alleges Daily took her to a Real American Wrestling event, where she was served vodka after being allowed into the venue without identification.

The plaintiff describes her relationship with Hitt as mentally and physically abusive. She alleges he attacked her on the same night as the party involving the separate sexual assault claim, after which Daily allegedly told her to go to bed and lock the door rather than seek assistance.

The woman says she contacted police despite Daily 's alleged instruction and once she discovered what had happened, she allegedly evicted the plaintiff from her property and threw her belongings onto the lawn.

The lawsuit claims Daily used her influence to make the plaintiff and others believe their complaints would not be taken seriously. Both cases contain serious allegations that remain subject to legal proceedings.
