Caitlin Clark gets up close and personal with LeBron James and earns praise from Tyrese Maxey
The WNBA star was present for the Philadelphia 76ers game on Wednesday night.

Wednesday night's game between the Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers was a special one for a couple of reasons. Of course, it was LeBron James ' first visit to Indianapolis as a member of the Sixers. There was also a special guest in the building: Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark .
The WNBA star couldn't pass up the opportunity to watch The King and co. in her home arena, Gainbridge Fieldhouse . Clark sat as close as possible to the action and even whipped out an old school camera to snap pics of James and the rest of the stars on the court .
Once the game concluded, Clark had a special, personal moment with James . The two met up in the hallways within the stadium, and James even came bearing a gift for Clark. She was clearly starstruck by James, as anyone would be.
Tyrese Maxey had to hold himself back from fanning out over Caitlin Clark
While Clark was starstruck by James, 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey was actually starstruck by Clark herself. Maxey spoke about Clark following the game to the media and had nothing but praise for the Fever player .
I think that was my first time really meeting her. Honestly that's just like, shoot, another person I like to watch. She's cold. She's nice. Seeing her today was really cool. Sometimes you try not to fan out, but it was really cool seeing her. This is her building, she plays here too... So it was good seeing her. She's nice.
It was a special night for Clark and for the Sixers players who got to meet her. It would have been nice if her close friend, Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton , could play in the game, but he's dealing with a hamstring injury at the moment.
