Shakira shared images on social media again wearing a white lace minidress with sheer details and side cutouts . The post appeared just a few days after the release of “Agua”, her new collaboration with Maluma , and also served to hint at their upcoming reunion on stage.
The design chosen by the singer has lingerie-inspired elements, with thin straps, a fitted bodice, and floral details over the lace. Shakira wore her hair down and posed alongside Maluma in the images they both shared on social media.
Shakira and Maluma already have a date to sing together again
Behind the post there was also some news: Maluma will be one of Shakira's guests during her residency in Madrid . The Colombian singer will take the stage next October 9, as part of the series of concerts on the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. The date is included in the official schedule of the Madrid residency, which runs until October 11 .
The reunion comes after the release of “Agua,” which premiered on September 17 . The song brings Shakira and Maluma together again eight years after their previous collaboration, “Clandestino.”
The musical relationship between the two began in 2016 with “Chantaje”. Then came “Trap” and “Clandestino”, released in 2018. With “Agua”, Shakira and Maluma now have four songs together .
Maluma will thus join the list of artists who have accompanied Shakira during her Madrid residency. Alejandro Sanz, Manuel Turizo and Laura Pausini have already shared the stage with the Colombian singer during her concerts in the capital.
The date with Maluma will be on Friday October 9 at the Shakira Stadium , as part of Iberdrola Music . “Agua” is one of the songs they could perform live after eight years without releasing a new collaboration, although the setlist they will perform together has not yet been confirmed.
