Travis Kelce missed Taylor Swift's VMAs, but left a sign from afar

Kelce was with the Kansas City Chiefs for the game against the Miami Dolphins . But during the night he was also paying attention and reacted to Swift's arrival at the VMAs .
Travis Kelce's gesture from afar
The tight end liked Billboard's Instagram posts dedicated to Swift's arrival at the VMAs. One showed photos of the singer on the carpet and another captured on video her appearance in front of the cameras.
The “likes” showed that Kelce had seen at least part of the content posted about his wife during the ceremony, despite being in Miami with the Chiefs.
The absence of Kelce in Los Angeles coincided with the game the Chiefs had scheduled in Miami. Kansas City visited the Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium and ultimately won 24-10.
During Swift 's arrival there were also references to her marriage. While she posed for the cameras, some photographers began calling her “Mrs. Kelce” .
Swift appeared in a black Tamara Ralph Couture dress paired with an asymmetrical silver skirt and diamond jewelry. Among the accessories she wore during the night were her engagement ring and her wedding band.

The ceremony also marked a significant moment for Swift's career. The singer received the first Artist Director Honors , an award created to highlight the work of artists behind the scenes and their influence on the storytelling of music videos.
With this new statuette, Swift also made history at the VMAs. The singer arrived at the ceremony tied with Beyoncé with 30 awards and went on to take first place in the number of honors received in the history of the ceremony.
During the gala, Swift also premiered the music video for “Patient Zero” , starring Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell . In her speech, she reflected on her two decades of work in music videos and spoke about her involvement as the screenwriter and director of her own projects.
Kelce couldn't sit beside her to witness the record. While he was celebrating a victory with Kansas City in Miami , Swift was writing another chapter of her career in Los Angeles.
Kansas City's victory and Swift's record marked two events separated by thousands of miles, although Billboard's posts made it clear that the player was following part of what happened at the VMAs.
