Pat McAfee’s acting skills slammed by fans after The Mosquito Bowl clip surfaces online
It’s become very clear that people have Pat McAfee fatigue after seeing his face nearly every day on media.
At this point, it’s become almost impossible to avoid Pat McAfee if you are a sports fan. Already a major voice in the media, McAfee has parlayed his talk show success into appearances on basically every major football program ESPN has to offer. While he certainly has plenty of fans, he also has plenty of haters.
McAfee isn’t slowing down any time soon, either. In fact, he’s branching out into other forms of media; particularly, the film industry. He had previously appeared in a few episodes of the comedy-drama series Tulsa King , and secured a role this year on The Mosquito Bowl , a war drama film with football as a central theme.
Pat McAfee's acting in The Mosquito Bowl leaves a lot to be desired
McAfee’s role in the movie is as a hard-nosed drill instructor. Netflix shared a snippet of McAfee’s acting on social media on the same day the movie released. It’s safe to say that fans weren’t exactly impressed with his acting ability. In fact, many believe he’s terrible .
“ Oh it’s worse than I could have imagined. ”
“ Yea his acting is as bad as I thought it’d be. ”
Whether fans like it or not, McAfee isn’t going away anytime soon, and it seems like he’s only getting bigger and bigger as time passes. He just might not get many more acting gigs if he gets panned for this one.
