Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, on Brian Schottenheimer's future: "That's not in my mind at this time"
Despite another disappointing loss, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones insists Brian Schottenheimer's job is not in jeopardy.

History is repeating itself once again with the Dallas Cowboys , producing results that only bruise the ego of Jerry Jones , who is still trying to return his franchise to the golden years that are now long in the past.
The latest loss to the Arizona Cardinals hit hard, serving as a reminder that it has not been the only setback to strike the team this season.
If blame is to be assigned, Brian Schottenheimer’s name naturally comes up. As the head coach leading the team, he is ultimately the one making many of the decisions in Dallas.
Against this backdrop, Jerry Jones spoke after the loss to the Arizona Cardinals about the immediate future of his head coach, and his response apparently surprised more than a few people.
Jerry Jones addresses Brian Schottenheimer’s future
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones discussed Brian Schottenheimer’s future as head coach following the painful 33-30 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
Despite the latest setback, Jones said he is not considering making a change at the coaching position, at least for now.
“I will say that a lot of people let Brian (Schottenheimer) down today.”
We’re not going to get into anything. That’s not in my mind at this time.
The defeat left Dallas with a 3-5 record on the season and once again raised doubts about the team, which has lost three of its last four games and is going through a difficult stretch in the campaign.
