Donna Kelce raking it in! Taylor Swift's mother-in-law sells her Florida condo for huge profit

A property improvement project that became a running joke for Travis and Jason Kelce has ended with a lucrative sale

Donna Kelce 's decision to renovate her Florida home has ended with a substantial financial gain, as the mother of two NFL stars has reportedly sold the property for considerably more than its original purchase price.

The 74-year-old, whose family has become increasingly prominent through her son Travis Kelce 's marriage to Taylor Swift , recently completed the sale of her Orlando condominium for $485,000, according to property records obtained by TMZ.

Donna purchased the two-bedroom property for $355,000 in 2019, meaning its value increased by $130,000 during her ownership, although renovation expenses and transaction costs would reduce any actual profit.

The sale follows a home improvement project earlier this year that unexpectedly became an internet sensation after news emerged that she was replacing several windows and doors.

What began as a routine renovation quickly attracted widespread attention, with Travis and his older brother Jason turning the publicity into a running family joke.

Now, months after the unlikely controversy, Donna has reportedly exchanged her condominium for a larger lakefront residence elsewhere in Orlando.

The property, measuring approximately 1,434 square feet, contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms and had served as Donna 's Florida residence for several years.

Earlier in 2026, she arranged improvements involving nine windows and six doors, with the work becoming public through property records and subsequent media coverage.

The attention amused her sons, particularly Travis , who joked that his mother had not approached him for assistance despite the scale of the reported improvements.

"If she needed a guy to come screw some door hinges in, she could have just called me," the Chiefs tight end said during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. "But I guess she's doing a big massive renovate."

Jason also joined the jokes, posting a mock breaking-news announcement about his own ordinary activities after seeing the attention surrounding his mother's property.

"BREAKING!! Sources confirm Donna Kelce's eldest son watched 2 hours of Bluey yesterday," the retired Philadelphia Eagles center wrote on X.

Donna later appeared on the brothers' New Heights podcast, explaining that the improvements were far less dramatic than some reports suggested.

She described the attention as "so stupid," while clarifying that the work was intended to address outdated windows that struggled with Florida's changing temperatures.

Donna Kelce moves into bigger Orlando home

The conclusion of Donna 's property sale has also revealed that she's apparently remaining in Florida rather than relocating closer to either of her famous sons.

According to the transaction paperwork cited by TMZ, her new address is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom lakefront home measuring approximately 2,549 square feet.

That represents an increase of more than 1,100 square feet compared with her previous residence, offering considerably more space in a different setting.

The move comes during another eventful period for the Kelce family, with Travis continuing his NFL career and Jason maintaining a prominent media presence following retirement.

Donna has also developed her own public profile through television appearances, advertising partnerships and her regular presence at major sporting events.

Her latest real estate transaction adds another chapter to that growing attention, turning an ordinary family renovation story into a financial success that has once again placed her in the headlines.

Patrick Mahomes gets new receiver Bub Means for the Chiefs but can he deliver what Tyreek Hill once did?

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have added a new wide receiver, but Bub Means arrives with a much bigger question attached: Can he give the quarterback the kind of impact Tyreek Hill once brought to Kansas City? The Chiefs signed Means to their practice squad Thursday, Nov. 5, after he worked out for the team. The move gives Kansas City another option as it looks for depth at receiver.
