Kim Kardashian has five nannies for her four children: the six-figure salary they reportedly earn
The founder of SKIMS revealed how the team that helps her with North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm works while she maintains a daily routine with her children
K im Kardashian has five nannies for her four children . The businesswoman explained that one of them is always on duty while the other four take turns covering the needs of North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm , the children she shares with Kanye West.
'The salary figure that has been linked to her caregivers comes from a report published by The U.S. Sun in May 2025. The outlet stated, based on anonymous sources, that some full-time nannies could earn around $100,000 a year or more.'
Five nannies for four children
The current arrangement is different from what had been reported at the time. The 2025 report spoke of a team of around ten caregivers , whereas Kardashian has just explained that she currently has five nannies : one is on duty and the other four are on a rotation.
Having constant help, however, does not mean that Kardashian has stepped away from her children's routine. In her interview, she explained that sh e takes them to school every day, picks them up, has dinner with them every night, and reads books before bed . She also stated that she still allows one of her children to sleep with her when needed.
“I am extremely patient and loving” , Kardashian stated, describing herself as a mother with a moderate level of discipline. The businesswoman has spoken on other occasions about the difficulty of balancing her businesses, television, and family life, although this time she focused on how she maintains those everyday moments with her children.

North, the one who most wants to be in front of the cameras
Kardashian's greatest attention is also now on North, 13, who shows much more interest than her siblings in taking part in entertainment projects. The businesswoman admitted that she tries to hold back some of those opportunities so that her daughter does not accept everything that comes her way.
“All she wants are public-facing projects” , Kardashian explained. Her intention, she said, is to enjoy this stage and carefully choose the opportunities North accepts, while her three younger siblings have a much more limited involvement in The Kardashians.
In the decisions related to those projects, Kanye West is also involved. Kardashian explained that both of them try to reach an agreement when it comes to North's participation in musical works and other projects. The businesswoman noted that they seek proposals that both approve before giving the green light.
