Costco Christmas Tree: What are the best options now and which are at discount price?
The retailer's holiday collection includes discounted LED trees, snow-covered artificial designs and premium models
Christmas shopping is gathering pace across the United States, and Costco is giving customers plenty to consider before they begin decorating their homes for the holiday season.
The warehouse retailer's 2026 collection features an extensive selection of artificial Christmas trees, including traditional green designs, snow-covered branches and models equipped with thousands of miniature LED lights.
While premium trees can cost well over $1,000, shoppers do not necessarily need to spend hundreds of dollars to introduce festive greenery into their homes.
Among the more affordable options is Costco 's seven-foot potted tree with LED lights, which appeared in a promotional listing for $129.99 after a $50 reduction. More recent online listings have shown higher prices, making it important to check the current offer before purchasing.
The retailer is also stocking smaller decorative trees, including a live Norfolk Island pine priced at $59.99, providing an alternative for customers with limited space.
With several weeks remaining before Christmas, the biggest consideration for shoppers may be finding the right balance between size, appearance and cost.
Which Costco Christmas trees offer best value in 2026?
One of the standout choices is the 7.5-foot Pre-Lit Glitter Flocked Micro LED Christmas Tree , listed at $429.99.
Its snow-covered appearance offers a traditional winter setting without requiring additional decorations to create a festive centerpiece.
Customers looking for something more conventional can consider the 7.5-foot Pre-Lit Radiant Micro LED Christmas Tree , available for approximately $549.99.
A slim version of the same height is also priced at $549.99, making it an alternative for apartments or rooms where floor space is limited.
Meanwhile, Costco's nine-foot Pre-Lit Radiant Micro LED tree has appeared in listings between $749.99 and $799.99, depending on when prices were recorded.
Larger households may prefer the 12-foot model at $1,199.99, although its height makes it better suited to properties with particularly high ceilings.
For shoppers seeking an especially dramatic display, Costco also lists a 15-foot pre-lit artificial Christmas tree for $1,799.99.
Which Costco Christmas trees and decorations are discounted?
The seven-foot potted LED tree is particularly worth monitoring because Costco's earlier promotional listing advertised a $50 reduction, bringing its price to $129.99.
However, subsequent online listings have shown prices of $159.99 and $199.99, indicating that the previous offer should not be assumed to remain available.
Costco has also advertised its 60-inch Mon Chateau Faux Fur Tree Skirt for $24.99 following a $10 discount, although more recent listings have shown a $39.99 price.
Beyond its larger artificial trees, the retailer offers decorative accessories including a 24-inch faux cedar tree, illuminated wooden ornaments and a pair of battery-powered Christmas pine trees.
These smaller products allow shoppers to decorate entryways, tables and fireplaces without committing to another full-sized tree.
Costco 's online prices and warehouse availability can vary by location, while promotional discounts may expire or change without notice.
Customers hoping to secure the best value should therefore compare current listings and local warehouse prices before making their final Christmas purchases.
