Brittany Mahomes won’t stay quiet about Patrick Mahomes and what he’s doing with the Chiefs in the NFL
She knows her words matter to Patrick

Patrick Mahomes posted a simple message after Kansas City’s latest win. Brittany answered with an emphatic show of support as her husband and the Chiefs keep turning their season around.
“ 5-0,” Patrick wrote on Instagram after the Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers 22-6. Brittany responded in the comments: “FIVE & ZEROOOOOO.” Her all-caps celebration matched the moment: Kansas City is unbeaten through five games, and Patrick is back in the middle of another strong run.
Mahomes has thrown for 1,309 yards and nine touchdowns in five games, completing 105 of 158 passes. He has three interceptions and six sacks. Against the Chargers, he went 23-for-30 for 272 yards and reached a career milestone: his 100th regular-season win as a starting quarterback, matching Tom Brady’s record for the fewest starts needed to get there.
Brittany’s message celebrates a Chiefs team that’s finding its rhythm
Kansas City’s 5-0 start carries extra weight after a 2025 season that ended with the Chiefs missing the playoffs and Mahomes sidelined by a knee injury. This time, the quarterback has returned to lead an offense that is producing, while the defense is making its mark, too.
Against Los Angeles, running back Kenneth Walker III rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns, and the Chiefs defense recorded four sacks.
Brittany’s support comes from someone with a sporting career of her own. She played college soccer and spent a year playing professionally in Iceland; she is also a founder of the Kansas City Current, the city’s NWSL team. Her brief comment celebrated Patrick’s post, but it also reflected the excitement around the start he and the Chiefs have put together.
The Mahomes family has three children: Sterling, Bronze and Golden. Patrick recently joked that his kids kept him busy during the Chiefs’ bye week, adding that Bronze, 3 , already loves playing tackle football at home. He has also said he wants his children to choose their own interests without feeling pressure to follow in his footsteps.
The Chiefs will try to make it six straight wins when they visit the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, Oct. 25. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.
