Messi leaves teammates stunned as effortless brilliance produces another iconic performance
Lionel Messi continues to add historic numbers to his career. The world champion delivered a magical MLS performance against Montreal, scoring four goals, adding an assist, reaching 927 professional goals and moving into the all-time top three for free-kick goals during Inter Miami’s 7-1 victory. His free-kick masterpiece left his teammates stunned, and their reactions quickly went viral as they struggled to believe they get to share the pitch with Messi while he continues to achieve iconic milestones despite being a veteran of the game. One teammate could only react in disbelief, while another celebrated with pure euphoria at how effortlessly Messi makes the extraordinary look. There is no doubt that he is cementing his place in history as one of the greatest players the sport has ever seen.
